Mattress Recycling

Contact is Made

Our clients make contact with us so we can devise a tailored sustainable mattress solution for their business or home.

Nationwide Collection

The old mattresses are collected from you by our nationwide collection drivers. They are then brought to the recycling factory based in Blackburn, UK.

Stripped Down

Using an innovative recycling process, the old mattresses are stripped down to their core components for maximum efficiency and minimum waste.

Materials are Sterilized

These components are then sterilized and meticulously prepared to be used in the new recycled mattresses.

The Recycling Process

Depending on our client's request the mattresses are made to order (size, firmness, waterproofing and materials) from 90-95% recycled materials.

Dispatch

The finished product is a sumptuous new sprung mattress - this is then dispatched for delivery to your business or home, depending on your needs.
